Japanese Tartar Dressing

Creamy blend of eggs, Kewpie mayo, and zesty seasonings, great for cutting through fatty fried foods.

Ingredients

  • 2 Boiled Eggs, cooked to your liking
  • 6 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cooking Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Bouillon
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Scallions, chopped finely

Steps

  1. Add your ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Mix together with a fork, press down on the eggs while mixing to smash them.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. You can use this dressing to compliment with fried, fatty foods.
