Japanese Tartar Dressing
Creamy blend of eggs, Kewpie mayo, and zesty seasonings, great for cutting through fatty fried foods.
- 2 Boiled Eggs, cooked to your liking
- 6 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cooking Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Bouillon
- ¼ tsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Scallions, chopped finely
- Add your ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix together with a fork, press down on the eggs while mixing to smash them.
- Mix thoroughly.
- You can use this dressing to compliment with fried, fatty foods.
