Sweet Sour Sausage
Bite sized sausages covered in a sweet and sour sauce.
- Sausages
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Mushroom Bouillon
- Sugar
- Water, as needed
- Cut the sausages into bite sized pieces, then score the sausages.
- Mix the tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and mushroom seasoning together - add your sugar to your taste. Set aside.
- Place your butter on a pan with low heat, then stir fry your sausages for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the oyster sauce or soy sauce, then add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Add the sauce mixture in, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add water as needed to make the sauce runnier.
- Garnish with tomato slices and sesame seeds.
